About Us
At the Game Room Club we're guided by our '4E' principle to entertain, educate, establish community, and be a place for everyone. That's why we created Learn & Play @ Work. The principles that guide us allow us to bring people together to create teams that outperform. Research has shown that, all things being equal, amazing teams result not from higher IQs or bigger budgets, but from psychological safety, diversity, and continuous improvement. The workplace of the future demands not only technical proficiency but also emotional intelligence, communication skills, and a resilient mental framework. While traditional corporate wellness programs have primarily focused on physical health, modern research shows the importance of an integrated approach to well-being that includes mental health, emotional stability, and collaborative soft skills. Similarly, new methodologies like gamification are showing significant promise in transforming how employees engage with workplace training, making learning more interactive, fun, and effective.
Learn & Play @ Work is an innovative program that adapts the proven educational techniques of the Learn & Play framework to the corporate environment. By taking a broader approach to employee wellness that includes soft skills training in things like team building, leadership, and problem-solving, as well as mental health management with lessons on protecting against burnout, the program aims to enhance the development of critical soft skills, foster teamwork, and promote mental well-being, all of which are essential for maximizing organizational productivity and innovation.
Our Commitment
We're dedicated to creating workplaces where people genuinely want to be. Where coming to the office means connecting with colleagues who feel like friends, tackling challenges together, and growing both professionally and personally.
